This article explores the variables influencing sustainable development within youth skating training programs. The key independent variables examined include the educational institutions (q1), coaching quality (q2), objectives of adolescent training (q3), content of the training regimen (q4), and the difficulty levels associated with each training module (q5). A multiple regression model was employed to analyze these discrete variables, which were logarithmically transformed prior to their integration into the regression analysis.
