Two decades into the game, BBC is still churning out ill releases, but its classic pieces have proven themselves to be iconic.

The Jacquemus x Nike collaboration was unique. The collection featured a reimagined take on the Nike status quo, from sneakers to purses, sweats, and mock neck shirts. And the hoodie may have been one of the most interesting. Jacquemus x Nike’s hoodie features slashes throughout the garment in the shape of the iconic swoosh, cut from a cotton-blend jersey. The oversized fitting hoodie also emphasizes a dropped-shoulder aesthetic that shows off a more relaxed athleisure look. Both of the drawstrings are conjoined by a golden Nike emblem, giving the workout gear an air of luxury.
So, for the interesting part, some folks saw the slashes on the hoodie and felt like the brands were trying to resale a “bummy” aesthetic in hopes of making it trendy.
