Vetri Duraisamy is a Tamil filmmaker and the son of former Chennai Mayor Saidai Duraisamy. Reportedly, he met with a car accident on February 4th. His body was found in the Sutlej River, Himachal Pradesh yesterday and brought to Chennai today.
Tamil cinema’s top actor, Ajith Kumar along with his wife Shalini visited Vetri’s home in Tambaram today where the two paid their last respects to the late filmmaker. It is worth mentioning that AK and Vetri have been very close friends for a long time. He bid an emotional farewell to his friend. The photos and videos regarding this are going viral.

On the work front, Ajith Kumar is now busy with the filming of his upcoming biggie ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ directed by Magizh Thirumeni. The team will soon fly to North India and abroad for the further filming of the film, which will be released later this year.
