Ariana Madix suspects someone else lives in the home she co-owns with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
“I think Billie Lee literally lives in my house right now,” the Bravo star said during Tuesday’s “Vanderpump Rules After Show.”
However, a source close to Sandoval denied that, telling Page Six, “She doesn’t live there but Tom and Billie are very close friends and have been forever.
“She goes over often just to hang out, like a lot of Tom’s other friends. That’s it.”
While Madix didn’t provide any details on why she thinks Lee has been staying in her house, the latter’s friendly relationship with Sandoval did raise eyebrows when she was seen by his side after news of his bombshell affair with Raquel Leviss was revealed in March 2023.
Lee — who previously appeared on “VPR” — was photographed several times with the musician last spring as they attended events and hung out together.
Exclusive photos obtained by Page Six in April 2023 even showed Lee having an apparent sleepover with Sandoval at his and Madix’s Valley Village, Calif., home.

At the time, Lee, 39, received intense backlash from fans for supporting Sandoval despite him betraying his girlfriend of nine years.
She responded to the criticism by claiming that Madix, 38, wasn’t the only one “hurting.”

“Tom and Ariana are my family, they have been there for me over the years and I wouldn’t be where I’m am today without them,” she wrote in a since-deleted post in April 2023.
“It saddens me that people are so fixated on picking a side. Both are human and are both hurting in their own ways.”
Lee added that she’s “allowed to be friends with one of [her] best friends who made a mistake while still holding him accountable and not commending what he did.”

However, Madix didn’t appear to need support from Lee as she unfollowed her former co-star shortly after.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum seemingly patched things up with Lee a month later as she rushed to defend her pal from critics after the comedian was seen walking Madix’s dog.
Commenting on a social media post with snaps of Lee walking the pup, Madix wrote, “billie helping out when i am out of the state for work is a nice thing to do.”
At the time, sources told us Lee and Sandoval, 40, were only friends.

Meanwhile, Maddix and the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman continue to co-own their house together as the musician refuses to sell the $2 million property they purchased in 2019.
Earlier this month, the Broadway star sued her ex to force the sale of their home, claiming she wants to split the proceeds, per TMZ.
During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” in December, Madix expressed her desire to move out “quickly.”
