Atman Simbu has been shooting for ‘Thug Life’, which marks the reunion of Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and director Mani Ratnam. The makers shot for a few days in Delhi. The filming is said to be going on in Chennai now. A video of STR from the sets of ‘Thug Life’ surfaced over the internet recently and is going viral.
During the shooting of ‘Thug Life,’ many teenagers and youngsters had the chance to meet Simbu, capturing photos and videos with him. In the upcoming film, Kamal Haasan and STR are reportedly playing gangsters. Additionally, Kamal Haasan is producing Simbu and Desingh Periasamy’s magnum opus project, ‘STR 48,’ which is set to commence shooting next month.
‘Thug Life’ is a gangster action saga directed by Mani Ratnam. The film has an ensemble star cast comprising Kamal Haasan, Simbu, Trisha, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Gautham Karthik, Abhirami, Nassar and many others. AR Rahman composes the musical score for this film with cinematography by Ravi K. Chandran and editing by Sreekar Prasad.
