Christina Applegate and her husband, Martyn LeNoble, have been married for 10 years, and they like to keep their relationship private. They got engaged in 2010 and got married in 2013, but they were friends for a while before that.
LeNoble has been really supportive of Applegate’s career and dreams. He was there for her when she had breast cancer in 2008. She had surgery to remove her breasts and ovaries. In August 2021, after the actress found out she had multiple sclerosis, LeNoble continued to support her.
He even went with his wife to a special event in November 2022, where she got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. At the ceremony, he sat next to Applegate and was seen wiping away a tear, as it was a very emotional moment.

They had a private wedding 3 years later at their home in Los Angeles in February 2013. We don’t know many details about their wedding, but we do know that their rings were designed by jeweler Neil Lane, and Applegate’s dress was made by Maria Lucia Hohan.

While Applegate and LeNoble were dating, the actress faced a tough battle with breast cancer. She had to have a double mastectomy and surgery to remove her ovaries and fallopian tubes. This diagnosis was especially hard for her because she had seen her mother, Nancy Priddy, go through the same illness years before. Thankfully, Priddy had beaten her cancer, which gave Applegate hope and strength for her own fight.
During this challenging time, LeNoble was there for Applegate, supporting her with humor. The actress said, “I don’t think I would have been able to get through any of it without him.” She mentioned how they found ways to laugh, even in the hospital, making light of the strange things happening to her.
“I laughed more in the hospital than I ever have in my life, making fun of all the weird things that were happening to me. My friends would walk in with this sad look, and I would throw something at them and say, ‘Come on! This isn’t the end of the world!’”

In August 2021, Applegate revealed that she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She shared this news on Twitter and expressed gratitude for the support she received from people who also had this condition.
