Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from producer Rodney Jones Jr., also known as Lil Rod, who also accuses Combs of sexual grooming and improper payment for his work.

Rodney Jones Jr., best known as producer Lil Rod, has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, in Federal District Court in Manhattan on Monday, February 26. According to the lawsuit, Combs sexually assaulted and groomed Jones, as well as paying him improperly for his work as a producer on Combs’ The Love Album: Off the Grid.

Jones worked on nine songs in 2022 and 2023 that would eventually appear on Diddy’s recent release, The Love Album: Off the Grid. The graphic 73-page lawsuit details how Jones lived with the star for months at a time while working on the album.

During that time, Diddy allegedly grabbed his genitals without consent, forced him to hire sex workers and take part in sex acts with them, and attempted to groom Jones into having sex with another man. The filing describes how Diddy maintained control over the producer by making promises of fame, awards, and access to high-level record executives.

Jones’ lawsuit also alleges that he was forced to drink tequila shots laced with drugs while at a listening party at Diddy’s California residence in July 2023. After drinking the shots, Jones says he blacked out and woke up the next morning “naked with a sex worker sleeping next to him.”

The lawsuit cites several instances of illicit activity, many of which Jones claims to have recorded evidence, due to the fact that “Mr. Combs required Mr. Jones to record him constantly.” As a result, the filing claims that Jones has “secured hundreds of hours of footage and audio recordings of Mr. Combs, his staff, and his guests engaging in serious illegal activity.”

Among the accusations outlined include the acquisition and use of drugs, displaying and distribution of unregistered illegal firearms, laced alcoholic drinks being served to minors and sex workers, several (unnamed) celebrities engaging in sex with minors and sex workers, and actor Cuba Gooding Jr. sexually assaulting and harassing Jones.

Alongside Diddy, the lawsuit names Universal Music Group and several of its executives as defendants, including CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, as well as Motown Records and its former CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, and Combs’ Chief of Staff, Kristina Khorram.
