The alleged niece of Diddy’s late ex-girlfriend and supermodel Kim Porter, Raven Walden, has recently spoken out against the music industry mogul, insinuating that he is withholding documents regarding her wrongful termination case.

Walden, who claims to be the alleged niece of the late model Kim Porter, worked for the Combs family from 2018 to 2020, assisting in raising Combs’ twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, after Porter’s passing.

Things took a turn in 2020 when Walden requested maternity leave and was subsequently fired. Combs justified his decision by stating that Walden’s unwed pregnancy set a bad example for his young daughters.

In her lawsuit, Walden argues that her termination was unjust, alleging wrongful termination and discrimination. She asserts that she formed a close bond with the Combs family during her time of employment, living in Diddy’s Los Angeles compound.

Combs has vehemently denied any familial relationship between Walden and Kim Porter, further challenging Walden’s credibility. In the past, Diddy had called the lawsuit “ meritless shakedown” and stated that the lawsuit Walden’s case was meant to extort him.

According to Combs’ team, Walden was always meant to be a temporary employee, it was never meant to be a long-term job. Diddy’s representative stated:

“Her babysitting services were always intended to be temporary especially since the girls were getting older and spending most of the day at school.”

In addition to this, Diddy has also denied the relationship between Raven and late model, Kim Porter. The Bad Boy CEO argues that his decisions were made in good faith and not discriminatory.

He also argued that Raven failed to do her job properly. He also argued that her claims of wrongful termination be dismissed due to her failure to:

“Satisfactorily perform her job responsibilities, and otherwise conduct herself in accordance with the standards and policies of Combs Defendants.”

In her pursuit of justice, Walden sought assistance from the court to compel Combs to produce the documents crucial to her case. According to her lawyer:

“Defendants have been completely evasive in their discovery responses.”

Raven went on record to state:

“Diddy and his lawyers have abused the discovery process with impunity and have shown no regard for this Court’s directions to them, their own promises, or their discovery obligations. Diddy must be compelled to fulfill his own verified statements of compliance. The Court should impose monetary sanctions on Defendant and his counsel to obtain their compliance and compensate Plaintiff for $5,309.20 in reasonable fees and costs incurred in seeking judicial intervention in the face of such blatant obstructionism.”

At present, the judge has not ruled in either party’s favor, leaving the outcome of this contentious legal battle uncertain. Both Combs and Walden, alongside their respective representatives, have remained silent on the matter.

This isn’t the only legal battle Combs nor his family has faced this year. Diddy’s son Justin Combs, had managed to avoid jail time after his recent arrest for DUI charges. Rather than a jail term, the judge imposed a three-month probation period along with other specified conditions.

Additionally, Diddy has also been in the midst of some more disturbing news. 50 Cent has been stirring up controversy recently as he took aim at the Revolt founder.

Recently, the New York native suggested that Diddy orchestrated Tupac’s murder. Additionally, the rapper also shared his reasons for avoiding the hip-hop mogul’s parties.

In other legal battle news, Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, is set to be released from house arrest soon. Nevertheless, there are ongoing developments in his sexual assault case. The woman suing Petty attempted to amend her lawsuit to include a claim of attempted rape, which was denied. However, she has been granted permission to add other related claims.
