Dungeon Stalkers Is Taking the Spotlight
The Steam Next Fest is finally taking place from February 5th to 12th and we have some exciting news. Publisher Action Square has officially announced that their upcoming title Dungeon Stalkers will be participating in the event. Besides this, we will get to see a wide range of upcoming games for players to try out.
Studio HG, under the leadership of Producer Han Dae-hoon, developed Dungeon Stalkers. The game perfectly combines the elements of dungeon crawler with the battle royale genre, offering a PvEvP experience.
During the Steam Next Fest, players will be able to delve into an enhanced version of the game. Which of course surpasses the initial playtest held in November of the previous year. It has integrated a multitude of new features, drawing inspiration from the feedback during the preliminary playtest. This includes improved voice chat features to enhance teamwork, a ranking system for competitive play, and new costumes.
PD Han expressed, “Dungeon Stalkers, which had our first playtest last November, surpassed expectations with approximately 30,000 users joining us.” He added, “After the test, we actively incorporated user feedback and made significant improvements to enhance the overall immersive experience of the game.”
Action Square hosted the inaugural playtest for Dungeon Stalkers at the “Action Square Steam Festival 2023” in November 2023. During the event, developers interacted directly with players via Twitch live streams, and promotional videos were created and disseminated on the official YouTube channel and website.
