Fella Makafui has been advised to sue Medikal for breach of confidence and defamation of character all stemming from his decision to expose her secrets to the world and destroy her business.
According to controversial Ghanaian lawyer, Maurice Ampaw, Fella Makafui did not seek proper legal advice or she would have been able to stop Medikal from exposing her.
According to Ampaw, whatever secrets a couple shares while married are supposed to be protected by confidentiality.
Maurice Ampaw said Fella should have sought legal advice immediately Medikal started exposing her secrets and she could have gotten an injunction and saved herself all her current troubles.
Due to revelations made by Medikal during his pained rants against Fella, she was arrested by the FDA for selling unlicensed products and also got invited by Nungua traditional leaders to account for the land they bought.
Ampaw said all that could’ve been prevented with good legal representation.
