A viral video appears to showcase a precarious balcony jumping up and down with Gunna fans as they enjoy his recent concert at Detroit’s Fox Theatre.

The balcony can be seen visibly swaying beneath the crowd as fans enjoy the rap concert. The video has led to some questions concerning the safety of the venue, so Ilitch Sports + Entertainment released a statement to address those concerns.

“The type of movement seen at the recent Fox Theatre concert is common and expected on free-standing balcony structures, to support audience members actively dancing, as shown during last night’s concert,” the statement says. “This capability is an integral part of the balcony’s structural engineering design. Regular inspections, most recently conducted in April, are completed to ensure the integrity and safety of the structure.”

The swaying of the balcony caught the attention of Gunna, who shared the video on Instagram helping it to reach 2.2 million views. The venue where the concert took place is the historic Fox Theatre in Detroit, which was built in 1928. The theater has a 5,000-seat capacity auditorium and was designed by Charles Howard Crane. Crane also designed the Detroit Opera House, The Fillmore Detroit and the Majestic Theatre.

Some of the fans sitting below the swaying balcony said they were not concerned about it. “I trust them, and it was such a good experience that I would do it again,” said Aiden Binder, who attended the concert on Monday night. Gunna is currently on his Bittersweet Tour, with his performance of “F*kumean” contributing to the viral moment on the balcony.

Gunna kicked off the tour in Columbus, Ohio on May 4 and features Flo Milli as the opening act. Shortly after Flo Milli took the stage on Monday, a video shows her ending her set early and walking off stage as fans threw objects at her. Gunna later defended his opening act. “No disrespect in any form at Flo Milli will be tolerated on tour,” he wrote on social media.
