While the enchanting tunes from the live singer set the mood for romance, guests can begin their unforgettable experience by choosing from an exquisite selection of delicacies such as the Paradiso Gamberetti with marinated Omani Prawns and olive tapenade, or the refreshing Palm Heart Salad with endives, strawberries, and avocado, or the Fiori di Zucca, a crispy fried zucchini flower filled with succulent crab meat.

The main course presents a magnificent fusion of flavours, colours and textures, featuring dishes like the slow-cooked Beef Ribs Ravioli, bathed in rich beef jus and caramelized onions, and the decadent Truffle Baked Gnocchi with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cream.
