Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj teamed up for the second time for the mega action film, ‘Leo’. Produced by Seven Screen Studio and Jagadish Palanisamy, the movie is slated to be released on October 19th worldwide in Pan-Indian languages. Though the release is nearly 3 weeks away, the advance ticket sales have started in many regions.
While the Leo bookings started weeks ago in the UK, the tickets are now opened in the US as well and some theatres in Tamil Nadu are planning to start reservations later this week. Now, the hot update is regarding the runtime of the film. As per the booking sites in the US, Leo is 2 hours and 39 minutes long (159 minutes). However, the team has to officially confirm this after the movie clears the censor process. Also, the Leo second single is releasing tomorrow.
Leo is about a middle aged man, with a violent past, living peacefully with his family in the present. What happens when his brothers and gangsters come back to haunt him forms the crux of the story. It features Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy, Priya Anand, Mathew Thomas, Babu Antony and others. With music by Anirudh, the DOP is Manoj Paramahamsa, the editor is Philomin Raj and the action directors are Anbariv masters.
