Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me” Climbs To No. 1 On Billboard Hot 100

Jack Harlow officially has another hit on his hands. The Kentucky rapper’s latest single, “Lovin On Me,” just grabbed the No. 1 slot on the Billboard Hot 100 (dated the week of Dec. 2).

Harlow is no stranger to the top of the chart, as this most recent feat marks his third time hitting No. 1 — following “First Class” from April-May 2022 and “Industry Baby” with Lil Nas X from October 2021.

“Lovin On Me” made landfall on Nov. 10 via Generation Now/Atlantic after a snippet quickly garnered traction on TikTok. According to Luminate, the song drew 23.6 million streams, 20.8 million radio airplay audience impressions, and sold 11,000 downloads in the Nov. 17-23 tracking week. It debuted at No. 2 a week earlier.

In related news, Harlow spent this past holiday as the official halftime performer for the Detroit Lions Thanksgiving game. The 25-year-old spitter performed all three of his aforementioned chart toppers in addition to his breakout hit, “What’s Poppin.”

“Hailed as the ‘hitmaker of tomorrow,’ multiple GRAMMY-nominated rapper, actor, entrepreneur, philanthropist Jack Harlow is one of music’s brightest stars,” the official press release from the Lions read. “In May 2023, Harlow made his passion for reinvesting, uplifting, and supporting organizations aiming to make his hometown of Louisville, KY, a better place official by launching The Jack Harlow Foundation.”

Harlow’s last full-length project was April’s Jackman., a 10-track offering with no features or singles. Prior to that was 2022’s Come Home The Kids Miss You, which boasted appearances from heavy-hitters like Drake, Justin Timberlake, Lil Wayne, and Pharrell Williams.
