In the Canadiens’ last game, the team was trailing 0-3 at one point against the Red Wings. They rallied, but still lost in overtime.
Tonight, Martin St-Louis’ troupe faced a much more “catchable” team, the Seattle Kraken.

He opened the scoring, with the help of Josh Anderson. If he can’t score, he can pass…

In fact, the Quebecer repelled all the shots directed at him.

Moments later, Juraj Slafkovsky made a fine breakthrough into the offensive zone.

And that eventual power play led to Sean Monahan’s second goal of the game.

Before the end of the period, however, Seattle closed the gap to two goals, outwitting Monty for the first time in the game.

Still, the CH held on to win a hotly contested game.
