The makers did not inform about the release date of Kalki 2898 AD in the teaser. Fans are swooning over the visual quality, and BGM of the small clip. Amitabh Bachchan introduces him as the immortal Ashwatthama, the son of Dronacharya. We know that he is the ultimate anti-hero of the epic.

Kalki 2898 AD written by Nag Ashwin is set in a dystopian world. It seems the world is under a very evil rule, and our ancient superheroes have to return. Prabhas is playing Kalki, the avatar of Lord Vishnu. The first glimpse was unveiled at Comic Con.
