Nothing Is Given, Everything Is Earned
At the intersection of video games and basketball, well… There are a bunch of basketball video games, but now there is more. There is a limited edition LeBron James collection of PS5 accessories that are now available for pre-order.
Aside from being one of the greatest and most celebrated basketball players ever, Lebron James has a history as a video game player. While playing away games on the road, James could be seen taking his PS2 with him. Now PlayStation gamers will be able to hold a little piece of him when they play. LeBron showed off his own set on Twitter earlier today, complete with a display.
The collection includes a wireless DualSense controller, a PS5 console cover, and a PS5 disc-less console cover. Each item has graffiti-inspired text and symbols on the plates. Phrases including “Nothing is given, Everything is Earned”, “Chosen ones”, and “Build, Uplift, Empower” can be seen on the controller. Crowns, stars, and the PlayStation button symbols are scattered on it as well.

LeBron James has appeared on several covers for 2K’s NBA series. He was the cover star of NBA 2K14 and one of six stars on NBA 2K Mobile. He was also on the 20th Anniversary cover of NBA 2K19.
The controller in this collection is priced at $80, while each of the console covers cost $65. The controllers and console covers will officially release on July 27th.
