Lil Uzi Vert has jumped back into the real estate market, as the rapper has put his California mansion up for sale at a listing price of $6 million.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the home, which the Philly native purchased in 2021 for $4.4 million, is located in Bell Canyon, Ca., and sits on a 1.35 acre piece of land. Boasting approximately 7,021 square feet of living space, the two-story mansion contains five-bedrooms, six-bathrooms, a chef-style kitchen, a driveway and motor court.

The master bedroom suite includes a fireplace, lavish bathroom, and amenities include an infinity pool, wine storage, hiking trails, private park, tennis court, and a Cliff May-designed equestrian center. Lil Uzi Vert’s home is one of about 800 in the 1,700-acre gated community, which sits north of Calabasas, in Ventura County. Other celebrities that have lived in Bell Canyon include Shaquille O’Neal, Trey Songz, Niecy Nash, Jhené Aiko, Jo Rogan, Alyssa Milano, Chrissy Metz, Holly Marie Combs and more.

In June, Lil Uzi Vert dropped his third studio album Pink Tape, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 167,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week of release. Featuring appearances by Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Bring Me the Horizon, Don Toliver, and Babymetal, Pink Tape marked the 28-year-old’s third No. 1 album, following his 2017 debut, Luv Is Rage 2, and his sophomore album, Eternal Atake, in 2020.

Lil Uzi Vert isn’t the only rapper who’s looked to make a change in scenery in regards to their living quarters. In May, JAY-Z and Beyoncé purchased the most expensive home in California history, while Wu-Tang Clan leader RZA recently put down nearly $10 million on a luxurious crib in Malibu this past summer.
