Halloween is always a time for celebrities to showcase their creativity, and this year was no different. From Megan Thee Stallion’s multiple transformations to Halle Bailey and DDG’s iconic duos, the stars brought their A-game to the Halloween festivities. Heading up our list is Megan Thee Stallion, who never disappoints with her “Hottieween” costumes. The rapper stunned fans with three different looks, including a mesmerizing flower from Alice in Wonderland, Death The Kid from the Anime series “Soul Eater,” and a spot-on portrayal of Greta from the 1980s film Gremlins.
Following closely behind, singer and actress Halle Bailey and DDG impressed with their dynamic duo costumes. They paid tribute to iconic movie characters such as Lucky and Justice from ‘Poetic Justice,’ and even recreated photos of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
Bay Area native Saweetie also caught everyone’s attention with her unique costumes. She first recreated the beloved character Edward Scissorhands and then did a sensational remake of the infamous ‘Baby Phat’ photoshoot by Kimora Lee Simmons.
In the spirit of paying homage, Lil Nas X chose to honor Little Richard with his Halloween costume. The “Old Time Road” rapper perfectly portrayed the legendary musician and even recreated one of the late artist’s iconic 1972 interview from the “Late Night Line-up.”
Jennifer Hudson went all-out as she paid tribute to the one and only Missy Elliot. The singer dazzled in a recreation of Missy Elliot’s signature look from the music video “Supa Dupa Fly,” complete with a black blow-up jumpsuit and fish eyeglasses.
Not to be outdone, Ciara wowed fans with her Halloween costumes, channeling the essence of both Janet Jackson and Nicki Minaj. Her first look recreated Janet’s iconic 1997 “Together Again” outfit, while her second paid tribute to Minaj’s appearance in the “Y U Mad” music, video.
Winnie Harlow delighted her followers by embracing both comedy and childhood nostalgia. The model hilariously recreated comedian Kat Williams’ most iconic look and also transformed into Cruella De Vil from the classic film 101 Dalmatians.
Keke Palmer chose to celebrate Halloween with her son and the duo rocked their Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein costumes. Keke also paid homage to the movie Life Size, featuring Tyra Banks and Lindsey Lohan, showing her appreciation for the classic film.
Following a cease & desist from Warner Bros, received after his portrayal of The Joker last year, Diddy responded with grace by elegantly counteracting it, this time emulating DC’s Batman.
Tyga wrapped up our list with a spooktacular look as Hellraiser. The rapper’s unrecognizable transformation into the famous horror character added an extra thrill to Halloween.
Offset didn’t wait for Halloween to pay homage to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. In his recently released music video for “FAN,” Offset recreated iconic moments from Jackson’s ‘Smooth Criminal’ and “Thriller.” His moves and dedication to capturing Jackson’s essence added anticipation to his latest album, “Set It Off.”
