Meta has announced its upcoming IAB Newfronts event, which will feature a range of internal experts discussing the company’s latest ad updates, with a focus on its improving AI tools and expanded Reels opportunities.
As per Meta:
“In an action-packed hour, Meta will share the stage with iconic brands and industry leaders to present a vision of the future of digital content, and lead discussions on how to harness the power of Reels and creators to drive business results across objectives. Under the theme “Forward, Faster,” Meta, including executives including Alvin Bowles, VP of the Global Business Group at Meta, and Adam Mosseri, Head of Instagram, will bring together its valuable AI system, unprecedented reach, and robust creator ecosystem.”
Meta says that its Newfronts presentation will follow a late night talk show format, accompanied by a live band.
“Content will include a conversation led by Bianca Bradford, Meta Director and Head of Agency, featuring Jennifer “JJ” Healan, VP of US Marketing, Brand, Content, and Culture at McDonald’s and Kaylah Burton, Social Strategy Director at Wieden + Kennedy, about how McDonalds built a culture-first strategy that drove impressive results on Reels.”
There could be some valuable insights, both from Meta, as well as selected ad partners that are making use of its new ad tools and options.
Approved attendees will be able to tune into to a live stream of Meta’s Newfronts events on May 2nd.
