Nelson and Anirudh once again rock in hilarious ‘Jailer’ first single promo video

Superstar Rajinikanth fans have just gotten ready to celebrate big time as the hilarious first single promo of his new movie ‘Jailer’ has dropped. It was already teased that music composer Anirudh is delaying the song and is avoiding taking calls from director Nelson.

The ‘Jailer First Single’ promo begins with Nelson stealthily entering Anirudh’s studio and praying to a king size photograph of Superstar Rajinikanth that all should go well. When he knocks the door the youth icon pretends that its food delivery and tries to ignore him but the persisitent filmmaker barges in. The childhood friends then argue about not making any boring promos this time and instead focus on the song.

A frustrated Nelson then leaves saying that its a Tamannaah song and that Ani should have it ready by the 6th for release. As Nelson climbs down the steps an assistant of the composer climbs up flaunting a passport and infroms that his boss is leaving for an Australian concert. Nelson snatches the passport angrily saying that till his songs are he will not allow that.

Nelson then bumps into Arunraja Kamaraj and realizes that Anirudh has hired him for the song without his knowledge and laments what kind of song the duo would churn out. With this hilarious note the promo announces that the ‘Jailer First Single’ is ‘Kaavaalaa’ featuring a vibrant dance by Tamannaah Bhatia and will land on July 6th.

‘Jailer’ produced by Sun Pictures has on board the dream cast of Superstar Rajinikanth, Mohan Lal, Shivarajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley and Vasanth Ravi. The film is releasing wordwide in theaters on August 10th.
