If anyone knows how to make themselves comfortable on the red carpet, it is Shailene Woodley. The Big Little Lies star brought a little cozy season to the Ferrari premiere on December 12, in an oversized knit turtleneck, styled with the millennial French tuck.

To go with her chocolate brown cashmere, Woodley wore a gorgeous figure-skimming maxi-skirt adorned with a blue-and-gold-beaded floral pattern. Just peeking out from beneath the hem of her skirt, you can see the pointed toes of her red satin pumps. The actor also accessorized with layers of gold chain necklaces and several gold bangles on her wrists, so it’s not like she went to the premiere in her sweats or anything.
In fact, in Shailene Woodley terms, this is practically formal enough for the Met Gala. Like, let’s not forget the Great Toe Shoes Affair, when the Divergent actor went to a Golden Globes after-party in Vibram FiveFinger sneakers in 2012. Much less the time Woodley attended the Berlin Divergent premiere in 2014 wearing no shoes at all.
As a person who is perpetually shivering at any temperature below 75°F, I feel very seen by this look and therefore approve.
