The Paper Mario series has had its ups and downs. While Color Splash was an all-time low, Origami King put the series right back on track. To this day, The Thousand Year Door is still considered the pinnacle of the franchise. Due to this, Nintendo has remade the game allowing enthusiasts to revisit a classic and new players to discover Mario’s greatest RPG adventure but does it still hold up?
In addition to the gorgeous new visuals that capture the cut-out design perfectly, a bunch of quality-of-life features have also been added to improve the entire experience.
