Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film, ‘The Greatest Of All Time’, is gearing up to hit the screens on September 5th. The movie team launched the first single yesterday – ‘Whistle Podu’, a foot-tapping party song featuring Vijay, Prabhu Deva and Prashanth’s kickass dance moves.
‘Whistle Podu’ has lyrics by Madhan Karky and choreography by Raju Sundaram. As per recent reports, a social activist has lodged an online complaint to the DGP office against the ‘GOAT’ first single. The petitioner has pointed out that disclaimer cards haven’t been added during the drinking or smoking scenes in the song.
The complaint further states that the song promotes drug addiction and rowdyism among the youth. It demanded an action against Thalapathy Vijay. In addition, the petition goes on listing pointless allegations against the actor and the song. The makers are yet to respond to this issue. ‘GOAT’ is directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by AGS Entertainment.
