She may no longer play Buffy, but Sarah Michelle Gellar is still slaying.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the 46-year-old actress revealed why she’s been apparently unreachable, all while showing off her impressively fit body in an orange swimsuit.
“If I’ve left you unread…. Here is why,” she captioned a slideshow of photos from a recent getaway. “Vacation photo dump part one.”
In the first picture of the bunch, Gellar wore a belted Simkhai one-piece bathing suit ($195 $135) and seemingly followed in the footsteps of another fashionista, Blake Lively, completing her look with jewelry from BaubleBar before adding a wide-brimmed hat.
“Well now we all know what you did last summer,” one fan quipped in the comments, while another wrote, “Still slaying in 2024.”
Still, the “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star wasn’t done with sharing shots from her sun-filled trip.

Clearly, she had pool intentions wherever she was staying, since she also posted a few additional selfies wearing multiple ruffled bikinis.
“I mean how cute is this?” Gellar wrote on her Instagram Stories about a floral set from Show Me Your Mumu, which included a ruffled top ($88 $59) and coordinating bottom ($88 $59). It appears she owns the bikini in two different colorways, as she included a photo of the same top but with a citrus print ($88 $59).
In a previous photo featuring the outline of two shadows at what appeared to be the same resort, Gellar made sure to tag her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., 47, as they held hands while welcoming 2024.

While he wasn’t pictured in her outfit roundup, she did show off a Melinda Maria hand chain ($65), which she wore as an anklet, as well as a pair of Lele Sadoughi statement earrings, which she paired with a black eyelet top and distressed white shorts.
But Gellar didn’t go on vacation just to get dressed up. She also appeared to get some reading done, showing off two books as part of her dump: The Fouth Wing by Rebecca Yarros and The New Couple in 5B by Lisa Unger.
