This is where the fun begins
We’ve got a massive Xbox release on the way next month in the form of Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws, and the good news is that’s now officially “gone gold” ahead of its release for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S on August 30th.
Essentially, this means that the base game is now finished and ready to be pressed to disc, although Ubisoft will likely continue to work on a day one patch over the next few weeks. Still, the main work is done!
If you’re interested, pre-orders are already live for Star Wars Outlaws on the Xbox Store, with the Standard Edition starting at £69.99 / $69.99. It’s also worth noting that the Ultimate Edition of the game is set to be available with Ubisoft Plus Premium (which we assume includes the Xbox version), providing three days’ worth of early access.
Let’s cross our fingers that this Star Wars experience lives up to the hype when it arrives in late August!
