Joel Armia is recalled, while Arber Xhekaj is placed on the injured list.
It’s understandable that the defenseman’s injury is serious.
Armia will join the team in Los Angeles tonight.
The Canadiens have recalled forward Joel Armia from the Laval Rocket. He will join the team in Los Angeles on Friday.
The team has also placed defenseman Arber Xhekaj on the injured list retroactive to his last game.
