Actor Suriya is joining hands with director Karthik Subbaraj for his next film tentatively called ‘Suriya 44’. The project jointly produced by 2D Entertainment and Stone Bench Films is all set to begin rolling in June. It is touted to be a period romantic action drama made on a huge scale.
The makers are currently busy finalising the cast and crew of this biggie. We already informed you that Santhosh Narayanan is roped in to compose the music while Thirunavukkarasu is set to handle the cinematography. Now, the latest update is that renowned Malayalam actor Joju George is in talks to play a crucial role in ‘Suriya 44’.
It is worth mentioning that Joju George acted in Dhanush’s gangster action film ‘Jagame Thandhiram’ and Amazon Prime’s romantic web series ‘putham Pudhu Kaalai Vidiyaadha’. He is currently sharing the screen with Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and Simbu in legendary director Mani Ratnam’s ‘Thug Life’.
