The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to host monumental final race for seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton with the Silver Arrow

Lewis Hamilton ended a three-year drought on Sunday by holding off Max Verstappen to clinch a record-breaking ninth career victory at Silverstone in the British Grand Prix – his first triumph since Saudi Arabia in 2021 – as tickets for the seven-time world champion’s final race with Mercedes AMG Petronas continue to sell quickly ahead of the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2024 in December.

The 16th edition of the Formula 1 Etihad Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will see Hamilton cap his 11th and final year with the championship-winning team Mercedes before he switches to Ferrari for 2025. The #AbuDhabiGP will also mark Spanish driver Carlos Sainz’s final race with Italian powerhouse, Scuderia Ferrari.

With 65% of the 170,000 fans that attended the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix coming from overseas, event organisers are once more expecting an influx of international fans at Yas Marina Circuit following a 40 per cent surge in travellers to the UAE capital last year. Fans can still choose from a wide array of ticket categories throughout the circuit, including fan-favourite locations, Abu Dhabi Hill, Horizon 360, as well as North Straight Grandstand and West Straight Grandstand, both offering great views of the fastest straight on the track.
