Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan embarked on the biggie, ‘Thug Life’, directed by Mani Ratnam last year. The duo kicked off shooting in January with a stellar cast and crew. The first schedule was wrapped up days later. The portions involving Trisha and Jayam Ravi are being shot in the meantime.
According to the latest reports, the eagerly awaited overseas schedule of ‘Thug Life’ is set to begin in Serbia soon. Ulaganayagan will be taking a break from his busy political life as the Lok Sabha elections approach and has given a week’s call sheet from March 1. We hear that Mani Ratnam has planned to shoot Thug Life in snow-filled mountain areas where he shot ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’.
‘Thug Life’ produced by Raaj Kamal Films and Madras Talkies stars Kamal Haasan, Trisha, Dulquer Salmaan, Jayam Ravi, Gautham Karthik, Joju George, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Abhirami, Nassar and others. The technical team comprises AR Rahman as the music composer, Ravi K Chandran as the cinematographer and Sreekar Prasad as the editor.
