Vijay Antony, fresh from the success of his directorial debut ‘Pichaikkaran 2’ is going all out to promote his next film ‘Kolai’ set to release this Friday in theaters worldwide. During the press meet he revealed that Balaji Kumar who directed the film is a close friend of the sister of American billionaire Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, Space X and Tesla.
The music composer turned actor in lighter vein added that there is every chance of Musk producing a Tamil film that could be directed by Balaji who made his debut with ‘Vidiyum Munn’ that starred Pooja Umashankar in the lead role.
Vijay Antony continued in the same humorous tone complaining that he did not get a chance to romance any of the three heroines as Rithika is like as sister to him in real life and he did not have any interactions with the other two. He further revealed that one of the heroines, Meenakshi Choudhary after ‘Kolai’ has bagged the chance to pair with Superstar Mahesh Babu in ‘SSMB28’.
‘Kolai’ a whodunit mystery thriller is produced by Infiniti Ventures and stars Vijay Antony, Ritika Singh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Murli Sharma, Siddhartha Shankar, Kishore Kumar, John Vijay, Arjun Chidambaram & Samkit Bohra.
