2024 NBA Championship odds: Celtics favored; Nuggets rising

The NBA playoffs are in full swing and Boston remains the favorite to win the title.

The Celtics finished the regular season with the best record in the league at 64-18. They are also the -450 favorites to win the Eastern Conference as of Sunday.

Despite going down 2-0 in their Western Conference semifinals matchup with Minnesota, the defending champion Nuggets earned a 117-90 road win in Game 3, and now trail the Wolves by just a game heading into Sunday’s Game 4. 

With the win, the Nuggets moved from +1600 on the NBA Finals oddsboard all the way up to +700.
