25hours Heimat Dubai is the result of a collaboration with the creators of 25hours Hotels and inaugurates the extension of the 25hours Hotels brand.

25hours Heimat Dubai has been designed by Studio Aisslinger in collaboration with the core 25hours team, led by founder Christoph Hoffmann, 25hours Heimat Dubai. Berlin-based Studio Aisslinger has already designed three iconic 25hours hotels in Berlin, Zurich and Cologne. The 73-storey residence offers studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom flats, as well as duplex penthouses. “Heimat”, an untranslatable German term, symbolises the place where you feel at home and secure.

In addition to its residential offerings, 25hours Heimat Dubai will feature distinctive amenities, including a spacious hotel lobby with a workspace, screening room, podcast studio and state-of-the-art laundry. The podium will host a family pool, music room, padel court, mini-golf, fitness facilities, communal barbecue areas and outdoor kitchens. The 63rd floor will offer an adults-only area with a sky lounge offering views of Burj Khalifa, while the rooftop will feature a wellness offering, including a sauna, onsen, cold bath, relaxation terrace and mini-observatory.

With 15 hotels already in operation in Germany, Dubai, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria and Denmark, and a further nine hotels under construction, 25hours Hotels is extending its reach to Indonesia, Australia, Portugal and Saudi Arabia.
