(“BioNxt” or the “Company”) (CSE:BNXT)(OTCQB:BNXTF)(FSE:BXT) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 15,000,000 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $0.265 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $3,975,000 (the “Offering”).
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for research, development, and commercialization programs and general working capital purposes. The Offering may close on one or more dates as the Company may determine.
The Company may pay a finder’s fee in connection with the Offering to eligible arm’s length finders in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day following the date of issuance in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
