In episode 7 of “Blue Exorcist: Shimane Illuminati Saga”, Izumo tries to run away from the facility with Uke and Mike’s help, but once again, Renzo Shima stops her. He has Yamantaka as his familiar, which makes Uke and Mike completely useless as weapons. Izumo tries to fight back, but both Uke and Mike die just from trying to protect her.
On the other side, after reaching the facility’s entrance, Yukio called Mephesto. Mephesto lets Yukio decide whether they want to commit to saving Izumo or wait for reinforcements. Yukio decides that they must not waste a single second, and all of them attack the guards. After they enter, they are attacked by a bunch of zombies who corner them near a trap. Using the trap, Gedoin locked them in separate rooms with a monster.

No, Season 3 of Blue Exorcist is not on a break this week. Episode 8 should be released as usual on the above-mentioned date.
2. Episode 8 Speculation
We saw Lucifer’s face for the first time, and we can expect him to have an audience with our young exorcists in the next episode. After failing in her attempt to escape and losing both Uke and Mike in this process, Izumo becomes completely broken. She gave up resisting and surrendered to the guards. Yukio, Rin, and everyone else got separated from Gedoin’s trap. Now, all of them are alone with some of the doctor’s hideous creations. We may finally get to see Nemu’s powers when he finally goes up against these monsters all alone.
3. Recap of Episode 7
After hearing about everything from Mike, Yukio and the exwires followed his guidance and reached the “Inari Peace Town,” which was originally the entrance to the Illuminati’s research facility. Yukio contacted Mephesto, who let Yukio make the final call about going in or waiting for reinforcement. They decided to fight their way in, but just before the fight started, Mike disappeared as Izumo called for him.

On the inside of the facility, once Izumo was brought in front of Dr.Gedoin, she suddenly screamed extremely loudly, which took everyone by surprise. While the other researchers tried to calm her, she stabbed one of them with a pen and cut herself to summon Uke and Mike. She made a run for the exit, and on their way, Mike told her that the knights were there.
Before she could escape, Shima stopped her once again. He injured Uke using Yamantaka and asked Izumo to come back. Since Uke and Mike were completely useless against Yamantaka, she ordered them to go back and attacked Shima herself. Shima, however, caught her with ease, and as he was about to knock her out, Uke and Mike came out. Trying to protect her, both of them ended up dying, and this crushed Izumo’s soul.
After Yukio, Rin, and everyone else defeated the guards at the entrance and headed in, they were faced with what they thought was a ghoul. Yukio shot it, and then they realized that it was actually a zombie. Somehow, this zombie wasn’t dying, no matter how many times it was shot. Before long, the whole group was surrounded by Goblins. Once Dr.Gedoin noticed Rin adn Yukio, he decided to trap everyone and present them in front of Lucifer.

Blue Exorcist is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Kazue Katō.
In the Blue Exorcist Universe, there are two different realms called Assiah and Gehenna. Assiah is where ordinary humans live, and Gehenna is the world of demons. The only way to travel between the two worlds is by possession.
Satan, the ruler of Gehenna, decides to conquer Assiah, but to do so, he must possess a human. Unfortunately for him, he does not find a suitable vessel and hence, sends his own son, expecting him to grow into a suitable vessel.
Rin Okumura, a regular teenager with quite a temper, has no idea that his actual father was Satan. Nor did he know about being a suitable vessel. However, after eventually discovering his fate, he decides to change it and joins an academy to train to become an exorcist so that he could foil Satan’s plans.
