Central Florida Scoops New Ice Cream Hut Franchise in Latest Agreement

The latest franchise sale marks the third for the brand, landing in Brevard County.

Palm Bay, FL (RestaurantNews.com) Ice cream fans in east-central Florida’s beloved coastal town, Palm Bay, are celebrating this month thanks to a new Ice Cream Hut franchise agreement just signed. The newest store, located in Brevard County, was purchased by Tony and Pattie Gervasini.

Founded in 2016, Ice Cream Hut launched its franchise model last year and quickly gained popularity, expanding to multiple locations across east-central Florida. The decision to open in Palm Bay was a natural step in the company’s expansion plan, said Ramsey, as they work to be accessible to more customers.

Dairy-free and sugar-free menu items are also available.
