ORLANDO, FL, March 06, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — Charles R. Orden, CCIM, has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Over the course of nearly four decades, Mr. Orden has gained expertise working in the residential and commercial real estate business—selling, managing, and developing properties—and has assisted countless families and corporations. Moreover, he has grown one of Florida’s most celebrated RE/MAX organizations. In 2002, Mr. Orden established himself as the founder, visionary, and driving force behind RE/MAX Town Centre; within two years of establishing his first office, he quickly grew the business from one agent to 100 agents and closed $300 million in sales per year.

Prior to establishing RE/MAX Town Centre and working as a real estate broker associate, Mr. Orden earned his real estate license and gained a myriad of experience across the industry, which included working with builders, as a result of his interest in the builders’ side of the industry, as well as interior designers and marketing personnel. While working in this sector of the field, he learned a lot about modifying, designing, and building homes while still selling them. During the first part of his career, Mr. Orden held the title of director of sales and marketing at ABD Development, playing a major role in the tremendous growth and success of the company.

In his position at ABD, Mr. Orden was responsible for the sales and marketing of five communities, including the creative development of the company’s flagship project, a $300 million residential community of condominiums and single-family homes. In addition, he sold over $57 million of real estate for ABD during his last two years with the company, which earned him the title of central Florida’s top producer two years in a row. Along with this distinction, Mr. Orden is the winner of the National Homebuilders Association’s Platinum Award for Leadership and Service, a member of the Orlando Realtor Association Top Producer Million Dollar Club, and received the recognition of being listed on the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list.

In 2006, Mr. Orden was named Broker-Owner of the year by RE/MAX International and continued to earn awards from the company for years thereafter. He was named a top recruiter in 2007 and 2010 and went on to be the recipient of the 2007 Golden Eagle Award, become an honoree in the RE/MAX “Hall of Fame” in 2019, and win the “Titan Award” in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, Mr. Orden was honored with both the RE/MAX “Lifetime Achievement Award” and the “Chairman Award”.

In all he has achieved and been acknowledged for, Mr. Orden attributes his success to his honesty and his thirst for knowledge. Consistently, he strives to achieve more designations and knowledge in his field and makes the constant effort to treat all those he meets with kindness. Coupled with holding a Bachelor of Science in business and marketing from the College of Business at Florida International University and an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, Mr. Orden pursued and earned several career-specific certifications. Most recently Mr. Orden was awarded membership as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a prestigious commercial real estate designation. Along with being a Real Estate Broker and member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), he is a certified Community Association Manager (CAM), a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).

As a result of his professional pursuits, Mr. Orden holds membership with the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. Outside of his professional involvement in the real estate world, he is a member of the Children’s Miracle Network and enjoys time outdoors snow skiing, playing tennis, practicing yoga, riding and long-distance bike riding. As he continues to work and excel in the real estate industry, he aims to achieve a good work-life balance and soar to new heights in the coming years.
