Sexyy Red is giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her time in the hospital amid recently giving birth. As The Shade Room previously reported, the rapper revealed her pregnancy in October 2023.

Sexxy Red Updates Fans From The Hospital
On Monday, February 5, Sexyy Red took to Instagram to share a photo with fans. In the picture, she was seen sitting in a hospital bed with sunglasses on and her purse nearby.
Additionally, she captioned the photo.
“Me waitin to get discharged from the hospital so I can hit da block wit da guys 🎲🚘,” she wrote.
Furthermore, the rapper also returned to the platform to share additional photos reiterating that she’s back outside. In the photos, her newborn could be seen in a cradle beside her bed, although the infant’s face was covered with a star emoji.
Then, a few hours later, Sexyy Red took to X, formerly known as Twitter. The rapper gave fans a look at her having a hair “install in da hospital.” It remains unclear whether the video was recorded before or after she gave birth.
At this time, it remains unclear whether Sexyy Red gave birth to a boy or a girl.

A Brief Look Back On The Rapper’s Pregnancy
As The Shade Room previously reported, Sexyy Red revealed her pregnancy to fans with photos that featured singer, SZA.
At the time, the rapper revealed that she was “tired” of hiding the update from fans.
In January, the rapper opened up about hiding her pregnancy while touring with Drake and MoneyBagg Yo, per The Shade Room.
“I’d have to practice my breathing, like before I go on stage,” Sexyy Red told Billboard. “I’d have to hold my stomach in and look at myself and be like, ‘Can they tell.’ And then, once, I just like ‘Okay, I can’t keep hiding it’ cause it hurt to just be on stage on all day holding that stomach in.”
Later that month, the 25-year-old celebrated the upcoming arrival of her second child with a “Chyna Town” themed baby shower.
