As Schwarzenegger is all set to release his new book on October 24th, he is currently promoting his new work, attending various interviews, podcasts, and talk shows. ‘The Austrian Oak’ also recently sat with Howard Stern for the ‘Howard Stern Show.’ Amidst many other things that the duo discussed, Schwarzenegger gave his honest take on how the process of aging has been for him.

As part of an honest confession, Schwarzenegger stated, “I never ever thought about that when I was like 30 years old, or 40 years old, that this is going to happen. That at one point we are going to look at this body…it still looks better than the majority of bodies, but I mean…It just sucks.”

Suggesting the same, Schwarzenegger admitted that maintaining a low body fat percentage helps a lot. He also revealed that due to this, he only eats twice a day and skips lunch.

Complimenting Stern, Arnold pointed out, “But you stay always lean. I’m always amazed about how lean you stay.” Adding to this, he disclosed, “You can only live longer and healthier if you’re lean. Like I eat only two meals a day, I have breakfast and I have dinner. I don’t have lunch.”
