Jessica Biel shared rare photos of her sons’ faces while praising husband Justin Timberlake on Father’s Day.
Biel — who shares sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3, with the “Mirrors” singer — took to Instagram on Sunday, June 16, to pay tribute to Timberlake, uploading multiple photos of the musician with their kids in the process.
“You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK,” the Sinner alum, 42, captioned the instagram carousel, which featured pictures of Silas and Phineas playing around with Timberlake, 43. “The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun. And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU ❤️.” The NSYNC artist, for his part, shared his wife’s post on his own Instagram story.
While Biel and Timberlake — who wed in 2012 — purposely obscure the majority of their children’s faces on social media and rarely, if ever, post them at all, the 7th Heaven alum revealed in May that her eldest, Silas, is her mini-me.
“Honestly, I already gave my face to my son Silas,” Biel told Kelly Ripa on the morning show host’s Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast. “He and I have the same face.”
It was on the podcast that the actress also explained the reason she and Timberlake are so protective over their kids’ privacy on social media.

“We get hammered [by the paparazzi] on the west coast,” she told Ripa, explaining that the family of four opted to relocate to Montana for the privacy. As for her sons’ social media presence — or lack thereof — “I just don’t want [their exposure] to be on my account,” Biel noted.
Timberlake, for his part, explained in his 2018 memoir Hindsight: & All the Things I Can’t See in Front of Me (per She Knows) that after Silas’ birth, he and Biel “wanted him to be just for us, just for a little while.”
“It was important to us to choose how to share him with the world because this is a whole new era for me … It’s no longer just about me,” he wrote. “I have a wife, a child — a family. It’s terrifying. It’s invigorating. It’s more meaningful than anything I’ve ever been a part of.”
