Lil Uzi Vert is excited about their 2024 Grammy nomination and have shared their joy with fans at an unspecified concert that surfaced online this week.
On Monday (Nov. 20), a clip from a performance showed the Philadelphia native announcing their Grammy nomination to fans, and also thanking them for their support.
“I got nominated for a Grammy this year,” they told the audience. “And I don’t really get nominated often, so this really means a lot to me.” Following the spill, they went into the smash hit “Just Wanna Rock,” which is nominated for Best Rap Song.

Uzi’s nod comes after they announced that they would not be headlining Rolling Loud California 2024, and the event’s announcement was a mix up.
The year-round festival announced its roster on Nov. 15, which listed headliners Nicki Minaj, Lil Uzi Vert, and Post Malone.
In response, Uzi wrote on his Instagram Stories, “I never said I was doing rolling loud. Don’t understand why my name is on here @rollingloud.” After some adjustments, RL altered the flyer with Future and Metro Boomin as replacement headliners.
Other acts set to take the stage include Summer Walker, PartyNextDoor, 03 Greedo, $uicideboy$, Chief Keef, YG & Tyga, Bryson Tiller, Don Toliver, Rae Sremmurd, Lil Tecca, Sexxy Red, Big Sean, Larry June, Cash Cobain, Veeze, Luh Tyler, NLE Choppa, and more.
