Visitors to UNC Health Pardee should prepare for updated safety protocols designed to protect patients, staff, and communities amid ongoing health concerns. All visitors are now required to wear masks at all times within hospital premises, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must cover both nose and mouth and be either surgical masks or well-fitting cloth masks. Additionally, visitor numbers per patient are limited to ensure adequate physical distancing. Visitors displaying any symptoms of illness or who have had recent exposure to COVID-19 are strongly advised to postpone their visit.

To facilitate a smooth and safe visit, please review the following guidelines:

  • Visiting Hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily
  • Visitor Limit: One visitor per patient at a time
  • Check-in Procedure: Screening and temperature checks at main entrances
