Three new Poké House locations are now in the works thanks to a deal closed this month for Tampa, Florida.
Tampa, FL (RestaurantNews.com) Florida-based poké fans have reason to celebrate this month as Poké House, a rapidly expanding fast-casual franchise specializing in fresh, healthy, sustainable Hawaiian poké, has just announced three new locations coming soon to Florida. The new units were purchased by Pete and Kim Salzer who will bring the poké brand to the Tampa area for the first time ever.
“The Salzer team will do an outstanding job representing Poké House in the Tampa area and we can’t wait to watch this community fall in love with our menu, our atmosphere, and our brand,” stated James Deng, the CEO for Poké House.
Since 2023, the brand has grown from its home state of California to new states in the Southeast, including Florida and Georgia. Deng is expecting to reach between 17 to 25 locations open by the end of 2024. As of now, Poké House has over 30 units signed and in various stages of development.
“Our team has worked hard to create a brand and experience that is inviting and attractive to our customers while simultaneously structuring a model for our franchisees that is approachable, simple, and fun to operate,” he said. “We want to continue to draw in new buyers who are excited to be a part of a fun, on-point brand that people love and that is at the forefront of the fast-casual industry with our truly authentic poke dishes.”
Customers will find a suite of delectably authentic poké bowls, sauces, sushi rolls, and sides to choose from. They can choose from one of several signature bowls, such as the Crispy Shoyu Chicken Bowl or House Salmon Bowl, or they can opt to build their own. Poké House creates and mixes all of its sauces in-house, imports its sustainably farmed salmon straight from Scotland, and uses 100% biodegradable bowls and utensils.
