The Hammerstein Ballroom and TAO nightclub were turned into Power Universe on Thursday night (June 6) as the entire cast of Power Book II: Ghost and stars of other spin-offs joined forces to celebrate 10 years of the hit Starz franchise.
Michael Rainey Jr., Gianni Paolo, Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent, Larenz Tate, Naturi Naughton, Woody McClain, LightSkinKiesha, Alix Lapri, LaToya Tonodeo, Shane Johnson, Lovell Adams-Gray, Golden Brooks, Caroline Chikezie and more shared laughs, hugs, and drinks as they basked in the success of their hard labor.
Other stars in attendance included Adrian Holmes, who plays Philip Banks on Bel-Air, Malcolm Mays, Joey Bada$$ and Patina Miller of Power Book III: Raising Kanan, Simone I. Smith, Brent Faiyaz, and others.
Guests were treated to curated drinks infused with 50 Cent’s Branson Cognac titled “The Stansfield” and “Big Rich Town.” Delectable Hors d’oeuvres included sushi, sea bass, sliders, mozzarella sticks, an array of desserts and much more. DJ Kiss kept the room rocking, playing tunes of today and yesteryear. The synergy felt in the room ultimately led everyone to hitting the electric slide one time.
Ahead of the celebratory event, invited guests enjoyed popcorn as they watched the explosive first episode of season four amongst the show’s stars. The fourth and final season of Power Book II: Ghost officially premieres tonight (June 7) on Starz.
