Roy Kretschmer – Chief Operating Officer – Valencia Hotel Collection

Valencia Hotel Collection (VHC) announced the promotion of Roy Kretschmer as Chief Operating Officer – Valencia Hospitality Group. This move comes in light of Kretschmer’s exceptional two-decade tenure with the brand, marked by a proven track record of successful hotel openings, prestigious awards, and exhibiting admirable leadership.
Previously serving as VHC’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Kretschmer will continue to spearhead initiatives to optimize business operations and collaborate closely with department heads and supervisors; Kretschmer is dedicated to enhancing the day-to-day efficiency of each property within the Valencia Hotel Collection. Part of the larger Valencia Hotel Group, Roy will support VHC by introducing the portfolio to new markets and expanding its property management services.
