The Steam Winter Sale 2023 has arrived, which means it’s time to clear out your wishlist and maybe make a few impulse buys along the way. Thousands upon thousands of games are discounted right now, so there’s a really good chance some (or even all) of the games you’ve been eyeing can be purchased for less during the sale. We perused the offers and put together a list of some of our favorite game deals available during Steam’s Winter Sale.
The sale runs until January 4 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, so you have two weeks to make your picks. The vast majority of games that are on sale will be up for grabs at its discounted price throughout the duration of the sale. Steam no longer offers daily/flash deals during its tentpole promotions, so you don’t have to worry about being quick with your picks. If you’re waiting for some holiday spending money to land in your wallet, you won’t miss out on anything by waiting until next week. Speaking of the holidays, it’s worth mentioning that you gift Steam keys to your friends.

Given the seemingly endless list of PC games on sale at Steam right now, we decided to focus this list of deals largely on 2023 releases. If there’s a game that launched this year that you were waiting for a discount on, there’s a decent chance you’ll find it on this list.

Steam isn’t the only PC games storefront offering great deals right now.
