It seems like Lily’s sister was the one controlling her avatar, and she is surprised to find out that Lily is much stronger than before. She plans to send their brother to check on Lily, which seems like bad news.

Meanwhile, both Akutsu and Lily are exhausted by the fight, but Lily bears most of the weight, so she collapses. Akutsu took her back, but she asked him not to leave, surprising him. 

The last time he was over, they almost kissed. After sharing a heartwarming conversation earlier, they understand each other more, so maybe they might grow closer.

Lily didn’t get a wink of sleep because of the almost-kiss incident and fell asleep in class. Atsumu appears in her dream dating-sim style but is incredibly glitchy, making it feel like a nightmare instead.

She chooses the date option in the game with in-game Akutsu, who confesses. Before Lily can make the next choice, in-game Akutsu is attacked, and he dies, saddening Lily. However, she wakes up to a worried Akutsu and tears up after seeing him alive.

Akutsu goes to check on Lily in the nurse’s office, startling her. She pretends to be asleep and gives up the pretense in favor of annoying Akutsu. Akutsu asks her to make his tattoo less obvious so he can go to the pool.

However, when she decides to change his tattoo, she summons her avatar instead. She had stored it inside Atsumu as a precaution, but it is not malfunctioning because of being inside a demon for too long. 

The avatar starts attacking everything indiscriminately and is much stronger than before. Lily and Akutsu take the fight to the yard, but Lily realizes her avatar is controlled by someone else, which stuns her. 

Akutsu barely manages to protect Lily and asks her to get herself together. Lily and Akutsu manage to separate the avatar from the snakes controlling her, and Lily collapses.

Akutsu takes Lily back to her house and decides to take his leave, but she stops him.
