Here’s Why Kevin Gates & Lil Meech Are Goin’ Viral
Earlier this week, Instagram user and apparent fitness trainer @bodybyted took to the platform to share a few videos. The first featured a clip of Lil Meech working out in the gym.
“Great 1st day back in the gym with my dawg @lilmeechbmf Give us 1 month and watch what bruh look like‼️…” the caption of his initial post read.
In a second post, shared on Saturday, March 20, the trainer showed Meech lifting weights while performing squats.
“2nd day back in the gym! @lilmeechbmf locked in now! Season 4 @bmfstarz loading‼️Give me 3or4 weeks,” the trainer added.

However, Lil Meech wasn’t the only one getting his reps in. On Saturday morning, Kevin Gates also took to Instagram to share footage of his workout. Unlike Meech, who rocked gym attire, Gates popped out in a white tee and jeans at the gym.
“Straight from the stage – to the gym – you are what you do – not what you say you’ll do – I love you all…” Gates wrote in the caption of his post.
