Here’s What Reportedly Happened With Diddy & REVOLT
According to TMZ, Diddy is allegedly no longer associated with REVOLT “in any form or fashion.” The 54-year-old reportedly sold all of his shares in the company for an “undisclosed sum” to an anonymous buyer.
The outlet reports that REVOLT is now “completely under new ownership.” However, sources close to the alleged deal have informed the outlet that REVOLT remains Black-owned.
TMZ reports that the new owner would like to remain “anonymous for the time being.” However, the outlet adds that the new owner will formally introduce themselves to the public in the upcoming weeks.
The company’s CEO Detavio Samuels and Chief Brand Officer Deon Graham will reportedly remain in their positions as no major staff changes are expected to take place.
Lastly, TMZ reports that REVOLT’s sale has nothing to do with the federal raid of Diddy’s residences. The company’s sale was reportedly put in place “well before” the search was conducted on Monday, March 25. To note, Diddy initially stepped down as the chairman of the company in late November, per The Shade Room. This occurred days after Casandra Ventura filed a lawsuit against the music mogul, accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking.
At this time, REVOLT has yet to release a public statement on Diddy’s alleged sale of the company.
Here’s What’s Being Reported About The Arrest Of Diddy’s Alleged Accomplice
In addition, TMZ has also reported that 25-year-old Brendon Paul, an alleged accomplice of Diddy’s, was arrested on Monday at the Opa Locka Airport in Miami. As The Shade Room previously reported, witnesses alleged federal agents intercepted Diddy and his staff at the airport amid the federal raid on his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
Paul was reportedly booked on “one count of possession of suspected cocaine.” Additionally, Paul was booked on another count of “possession of suspected marijuana candy.”
According to the outlet, both are felony charges in the state of Florida.
Furthermore, the drugs were reportedly found in Paul’s travel bags. The 25-year-old was allegedly booked into jail. However, TMZ reports that he has since bonded out.
Lastly, the outlet adds that Paul was also included in Rodney Jones’ sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. Jones allegedly referred to Paul as the music mogul’s “mule” who allegedly handles his weapons and drugs.
According to TMZ, none of the drugs found on Paul have been connected to Diddy.
A Brief Recap Of The Federal Raid On The Music Mogul’s Homes
As The Shade Room previously reported, the federal raid on Diddy’s homes occurred on the afternoon of March 25. Agents from Homeland Security reportedly entered his residence with guns drawn and questioned everyone present.
Ultimately, footage was captured of the music mogul’s sons being detained.
Additionally, it was reported that electronics were seized from Diddy’s home, per The Shade Room. The search is speculated to have been launched in connection to a sex trafficking investigation, per AP News.
According to TMZ, Diddy’s sons returned to his Los Angeles home after the federal raid to collect their belongings. However, no one has been spotted there since.
