Black Pepper Fry Shrimp

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.

Ingredients

500 shrimp
50g butter
30g black pepper
20g onion, chopped
1 tbsp PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp PRB Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
¼ tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
5g sugar
Salt, to taste

Method

Fry the shrimp on low heat, then remove.
Melt 15g butter in the pan. Sauté the onion and black pepper.
Place the shrimp back in the pan and add 150mL hot water.
Mix the seasoning together and add to pan.
Braise the shrimp in the seasoning for 5 mins.
Add the rest of the butter and boil until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot.
